Judge Emily T. Spear Corruptly Ends Trial

Alex Baker discusses how corruption in Los Angeles Superior Court forces him to file a Motion for a New Trial.  A new trial is needed because Judge Emily T. Spear simply stopped the trial for no reason. The trial was for a Domestic Violence Restraining Order, on the grounds of Impersonation. California law explicitly states that Impersonation is Domestic Violence Abuse   Here is Alex's Declaration with Exhibits proving up the case. And here are the Reports of 2 independent handwriting experts, each of whom find that Alex's signature was forged.

All confidential information - such as social security number -  was properly redacted from the court documents prior to filing, and prior to publishing. Global Warming Challenge - Want to Convince Me?

Apparently a lot of people believe that man-caused "global warming" or "climate change" will provoke catastrophe unless we "reduce our carbon footprint". I don't. The global warming "theory" is based on a 5-step chain of reasoning, with each link dependent on the validity of the link before. I don't accept a single one, for reasons that I'm glad to discuss.
